COMMENTS: | Absorption coefficients k(T) for T = 673-1273 K were determined from the intensity loss of 193.4-nm broadband ArF-excimer laser light (∼ 0.5 nm FWHM)
The measured values could be represented by the Arrhenius expression
k(T) = (7.5996 ± 0.316) exp((-3616.8 ± 38)/T)
with k in bar-1 cm-1 and T in K
