COMMENTS: Absorption measurements using synchrotron radiation

High-resolution molar extinction coefficients (0.003 eV ∼ 0.03-0.012nm) have been obtained by personal communication from Robert Locht (Nov 2009), and converted to absorption cross sections (conversion factor 3.8235×10-21 vs. wavelength
