NAME: hydrazoic acid
FORMULA: HN3
AUTHOR(YEAR): BeckmanDickinson(1930)
T: 298K
λ: 199-220nm(smoo)
BIBLIOGRAPHY: A.O. Beckman and R.G. Dickinson, "The quantum yield in the photochemical decomposition of hydrogen azide", J. Am. Chem. Soc. 52, 124-136 (1930); DOI: 10.1021/ja01364a020
COMMENTS: Absorption coefficients were determined photometrically from photogaphic plates obtained by using a quartz spectrograph and radiation from an aluminium spark

Absorption coefficients α = k (atm, 273 K)-1 cm-1 (base e) have been digitized from a smooth fit to the measured values at various pressures, depicted in Fig. 3, and converted to absorption cross sections (conversion factor 3.72×10-20)
