Cross Sections / Nitrogen+compounds(N,H,O) / NH3 / SouzaSrivastava(1996)_298K_12.4-112.7nm

DATAFILE: NH3_SouzaSrivastava(1996)_298K_12.4-112.7nm.txt
NAME: ammonia
FORMULA: NH3
AUTHOR(YEAR): SouzaSrivastava(1996)
T: 298K
λ: 12.4-112.7nm
BIBLIOGRAPHY: A.C.A Souza and S.K. Srivastava, "Photoabsorption cross sections of derived by the electron energy loss spectroscopy technique for ammonia, methane and acetylene in the photon energy range of 5 to 100 eV", J. Braz. Chem. Soc. 7, 91-95 (1996); DOI: 10.5935/0103-5053.19960012
COMMENTS: The electron energy loss spectrum (EELS) of NH3 measured in a crossed electron beam-molecular beam collision geometry has been converted to the photoabsorption spectrum, and the relative absorption cross sections have then been normalized to the absorption cross section at 54 nm reported by

J.A.R. Samson, G.N. Haddad, and L.D. Kilcoyne, "Absorption and dissociative photoionization cross sections of NH3 from 80 to 1120 Å," J. Chem. Phys. 87, 6416-6422 (1987); DOI: 10.1063/1.453472

Normalized absorption cross sections as listed in Table 1
