Transmittances vs. wavelength plotted in Fig.1 have been digitized and scaled to εmax = 1600 L mol-1 cm-1 (σ = 6.1×10-18 cm2 molecule-1) at 177 nm and to ε = 3000 L mol-1 cm-1 (σ = 1.15×10-17 cm2 molecule-1) at 199 nm; then the average of both files has been calculated.
