Cross Sections / Oxygen / O2 / Hartinger(2000)_673-1273K_193.4nm(meas)

DATAFILE: O2_Hartinger(2000)_673-1273K_193.4nm(meas).txt
NAME: oxygen
FORMULA: O2
AUTHOR(YEAR): Hartinger(2000)
T: 673-1273K
λ: 193.4nm(meas)
BIBLIOGRAPHY: K.T. Hartinger, S. Nord, and P.B. Monkhouse, "Temperature- and pressure-dependent absorption coefficients for CO2 and O2 at 193 nm", Appl. Phys. B 70, 133–137 (2000); DOI: 10.1007/s003400050021
COMMENTS: Absorption coefficients k(T) for T = 673-1273 K were determined from the intensity loss of 193.4-nm broadband ArF-excimer laser light (∼ 0.5 nm FWHM)

The k values shown in Fig. 3c have been digitized and converted to absorption cross sections (conversion factor 4.11×10-20)
