COMMENTS: | The UV absorption spectrum was measured several times by a Cary 2390 (Varian) spectrophotometer with a bandwidth of 2 nm
Al(CH)3 is almost 100% dimer at room temperature and dissociates into monomers at higher temperatures, reaching to almost 100% monomer
below 1 Torr and above 423 K
