DATAFILE: NbCl5_BaderWestland(1961)_333-373K_240,285nm.txt
NAME: niobium pentachloride
FORMULA: NbCl5
AUTHOR(YEAR): BaderWestland(1961)
T: 333-373K
λ: 240,285nm
BIBLIOGRAPHY: R.F.W. Bader and A. D. Westland, "The electronic spectra of MoCl5 and NbCl5", Can. J. Chem., 39, 2306-2315 (1961); DOI: 10.1139/v61-305
COMMENTS: The visible and ultraviolet spectra of MoCl5 and NbCl5 vapors were obtained with a Beckmann DK-2 spectrophotometer using a 10-cm all-quartz cell which could be heated to the necessary temperatures (60-100 ºC)

Extiction coefficients listed in Table 1 have been converted to absorption cross sections (conversion factor 3.8235×10-21)
