DATAFILE: Ga(C2H5)3_Haigh(1983)_298K_190-390nm.txt
NAME: triethylgallium, TEGa
FORMULA: Ga(C2H5)3
AUTHOR(YEAR): Haigh(1983)
T: 298K
λ: 190-390nm
BIBLIOGRAPHY: J. Haigh, "The vapour-phase ultraviolet spectra of metallo-organic precursors to III–V compounds", J. Mater. Sci. 18, 1072-1076 (1983); DOI: 10.1007/BF00551975
COMMENTS: Spectra were obtained with either a Perkin Elmer 137 or a Pye Unicam SP8-400 visible/UV spectrophotometer

The absorption spectrum plotted in arbitrary units in Fig. 3 has been digitized and normalized to the listed absorption maximum ε ≈ 4000 L mol-1 cm-1 at 213 nm (conversion to absorption cross sections using factor 3.8235×10-21)
